WARRANTY INFORMATION

Deckers Outdoor Corporation (“HOKA®”) warrants that its footwear products (“Products”) will be free from material defects, damage caused by improper care prior to the time of purchase, and workmanship defects for one year from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. We strongly encourage you to include a copy of your proof of purchase to confirm the product is within one year of the purchase date to be eligible under our warranty policy. If you do not include your proof of purchase, your product will be evaluated by its manufacturing date.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers unless otherwise prohibited by law. This warranty also does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration of the product, or negligence.
HOKA® will replace or exchange a defective product that is covered by this limited warranty or will offer website credit in the amount of the purchase price of the product. These credits will be eligible for use during checkout for future purchases on this site. Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order they are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks. Replacement/exchange items will be shipped via UPS Ground at no cost to the customer.
There are no warranties that extend beyond those stated herein.
Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall HOKA® be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
To submit a warranty claim, please fill out our warranty return request online HERE. Once your warranty is processed, you will need to mail in your product, proof of purchase, and return authorization number to:

What Happens If My Warranty Return is Not Accepted?
If your product does not meet the criteria to be eligible under our warranty policy or it is over a year old, it will be returned to you in the condition it was sent to us, with a notice explaining why it was not accepted.
Reminder: HOKA® is not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you ship your package via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with a tracking number. Please keep your tracking information until the warranty claim process is complete. Packages cannot be hand-delivered to the warehouse for safety reasons.
