Are HOKA Memberships free?
Yes, it’s free to join and offers Free Standard Shipping, Extended 60 Day Free Returns and Exclusive Access to Events.
What are the perks of the free HOKA Membership?
You’ll get special access to exclusive HOKA events, including run clubs and sweepstakes, free standard shipping on every order, and “Fly for 60” returns guarantee (instead of 30 days for non-members).
How do I get the perks of a HOKA Membership?
You can sign up directly with us here, or sign up at any HOKA store or HOKA event.
When do I see my perks?
Your free standard shipping will be available immediately. Just make sure you’re logged into your account during checkout to use your Membership perks. Be on the lookout for the occasional email with additional perks.
Do I still get the “Fly for 30 Guarantee” to try my HOKAs if I’m not a Member?
Yes! Member or not, we still want you to take your HOKA shoes and apparel for a test drive. Not quite right? Feel free to exchange them for a different style, size, or color. You can also return your gear for a full refund within 30 days (HOKA Members get 60 days). We give everyone free return shipping on items purchased from our site. Click here to get started with an exchange or return.
What is “Fly for 60 Guarantee”?
It’s the same as our “Fly for 30 Guarantee,” we’ve just doubled the test drive time for our HOKA Members.
Can I still get free standard shipping if I’m not a HOKA Member?
Free standard shipping on all orders – big or small – is an exclusive benefit for HOKA Members. We do, however, offer new HOKA customers free expedited shipping on their first order and non-members get free standard shipping on orders $140+.
I signed up at a HOKA store, but I don’t see my account?
You should have received an email prompting you to create a password. Just follow the link to sign up and you should be all set. Didn’t receive an email? Our Customer Care team is at the ready. Visit Our Help Center to Contact Us.
Can I delete my HOKA Membership?
Absolutely. If you’re not a fan of HOKA Member perks you’re more than welcome to delete your account at any time. Simply log into your account at HOKA.com, navigate to your account profile, then select “Delete My Account” from the dropdown menu.
Can I opt-out of marketing emails and still be a HOKA Member?
You’re welcome to opt out of HOKA marketing emails at any time while still retaining your HOKA Membership. However, by opting out you will no longer receive inside info on Members only experiences. To do so, please follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of our marketing emails or contact our Customer Care Center.
